Q: "How many glasses or cups does each restaurant receive?"

It depends on the product and location. It will range between 72 to 216 pieces but on average about 144 pieces.

Q: "How long do the cups/mugs last?"

A few factors are taken into consideration such as theft, breakage and breaking down. Each location and product will vary but typically 3-4 months on average.

Q: "Will I receive a proof before the drinkware pieces are printed?"

Yes, we will not print anything until proof has been approved.

Q: "Will you put a competitor on the same cup or mug?"

No, your type of business is the one on that piece of drinkware. Your business does not have exclusive rights to a restaurant. 

Q: "How long before the drinkware is in rotation at the restaurant?"

Once we receive approval from everyone, the drinkware will go into production. After production the drinkware will be delivered. You will be notified when your order has been delivered to the restaurant. This takes typically three weeks. 


We ask that you allow the restaurant some time to put the new drinkware into rotation. Please be advised that there may be some items that are left over from old runs. 

If for some reason you don't see your drinkware items, we recommend asking a manager politely. We have no control as to when a restaurant will put your glasses/mugs or cups out. 

Q: "Do I get to keep a few cups or mugs?"

We ask that you stop down to the restaurant and ask if you can have a few.

Q: "What happens if they need more, will you let me know?"

We give everyone the “right to refuse”. We will give you a call or email and let you know that the location you selected needs more drinkware pieces. You will then have up to 48 hours to let us know if you would like to continue. If we don’t hear from you within that time frame your spot will be forfeited.

Q: "Do you have a list of locations that I can choose from?"

Yes, we can send you a list of locations but keep in mind that some of the locations may already be spoken for.
